    Directions: 1 to 3 capsules a day, one capsule at the beginning of each meal containing carbohydrates, or two capsules with a meal containing a large amount of carbohydrates. As with any dietary program will work best when drinking 8-10 glasses of water daily. Caution : Consult you health care practitioner prior to use. Not recommended to use during pregnancy or if you are lactating or taking MAO inhibitors, or persons with high blood pressure, heart, thyroid disease diabetes or prostate enlargement. Discontinue use if nervousness, nausea or sleeplessness occur.
