Shipping Terms

We pay all shipping charges on minimum orders of $49.00 shipped within the continental U.S.A.  A $6.99 charge will be added to orders below $49.00. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada, please call 516 897-7001 for shipping charges.

All packages will be shipped via UPS.  You will be notified of information and tracking number by e-mail through the UPS Quantum View System. 

Note:  There will be a $25.00 charge for returned checks.  Orders shipped and refused will be billed for shipping costs.  Prices are subject to change.

Product Returns & Damages

Damages must be reported within 1 business day of receipt of your item, upon approval same items will be reshipped. Any items ordered and returned will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and billed for shipping costs incurred, if any.

Returned & Bounced Checks

Checks returned due to NSF/Insufficient Funds will warrant a $25.00 fee.
